@TallForNxthing This is actually a documented phenomenon. Buccal fat pads in the face go first during rapid weight loss and don't bounce back. Meanwhile your skull stays... exactly the same size.

My only issue with ozempic is that some of yall are taking it before considering the fact that you have a naturally large head.
