@SakaM75604 @muhammadshehad2 in case you're actually curious, i feel like your point was addressed in the post. essentially, anyone coming to such an event is either already convinced or will be without it. and regardless, those of us who are convinced are a small, powerless minority.

I believe in the power of moral persuasion when the time & place are right, but the genocidal fever sweeping Israeli society requires escalating pressure first, in order for persuasion to then work
Without feeling any consequences to committing the gravest crime under int. law, most Israelis will avoid introspection & hide behind an infinite amount of talking points to rationalize their complicity rather than face an unsettling truth. They'll close their eyes & ears, & shut their brains down whenever confronted with evidence, because how can they possibly be guilty if they've suffered no consequences whatsoever to their actions?
It's like a bank robber caught on camera, whose face the entire world has seen, but was never arrested, charged or sentenced, & the entire mainstream media & world leaders are praising him for it, so how can you convince him he's done something wrong? Even if you convince him, he'd think "so what?" & rationalize his action somehow (e.g. "others have done worse", "capitalism", "it was promised to me"...)
No matter how many Israelis one can help see the light, they'll remain an ostracised powerless minority, as long as the current conditions remain the same for Israel (i.e. a mix of absolute impunity, supremacy/chosen-ness, & monopoly on victimhood).

WAR ROOMS are needed in startups! (and I’ve participated in real ones the last couple of years 😭)
I spent the whole day on a huge bug: clients couldn’t send messages from our platform (a core feature). It started with one client a few days ago, went unsolved, and escalated to dozens.
No one took it seriously at first, which frustrated me. Daily dev on-call rotation did temporary fixes, but that wasn’t sustainable. Why doesn’t everyone in the RD drop everything until it’s fixed?
Everyone cared - but we weren’t synced on the urgency. And with issues like this, unless the whole team jumps in, the fire just keeps spreading.
My amazing co-founder & CEO (the crazy one, top right) declared a war room at 10 PM, and everyone who could joined. I’m not in the picture, I was on another client call. FOMO.
