Here's a breakdown sketch I've did on it, though not perfect, does get the point across (hopefully). Note single ball works fine too, and that in the reverse ab crunch, the ball going up to the chest could be reverse and would bring abit more range to the joint, but not by alot.

I really wish companies stop doing this torso joint, esp Good Smile or any import company, it's so unnecessary and really doesn't work well while looking good
