Which, why should it? If an elections official starts harassing or intimidating other elections officials, shouldn't they be prosecuted? Being elected/employed/selected as an election worker shouldn't give you a license to intimidate.

In the amended filing, she no longer argues SB406 doesn't define "election worker" (she still struggles between the singular and the plural) — instead, she argues the bill fails to define the protected class in a way which protects the class from prosecution.

@BobMooreNV Also, for operational security reasons, every employee (esp. if they deal with goods or money) should be out of the office for at least two weeks anyway, if for no other reason than to provide fresh eyes on whatever processes you regularly participate in.
