Had many colleagues across @NHSEngland today-distraught as to how things have unfolded regards their jobs, the media depiction of them and little to no regard to wellbeing
Which would come as little surprise to many doctors.
The ability of @NHSE_WTE to have empathy or look after their workforce?
Has always been little more than chat.
A truck load of senior clinical leaders need to do far better in supporting their staff.
