🚨 WOW — This is what’s being handed out in Texas public schools. Wylie East High School student Marco Hunter-Lopez (president of the school’s Republican Student Club) received this Quran directly from a “Why Islam?” table set up inside the school during lunch. Inside? A Shahada card — the Islamic declaration of faith that includes the words to convert to Islam: “Ash-hadu alla ilaha illallah, wa ash-hadu anna Muhammadar Rasulullah.” Parents send their kids to school for education — not unsolicited religious materials and conversion cards from an outside group. The district later admitted it was a “procedural breakdown” and placed a staff member on leave, but the question remains: How did an unapproved faith-based group get access to set up a booth, hand out Qurans, Sharia pamphlets, and hijabs while student clubs face strict approval processes?
