A New Chapter for TriArts Games Two weeks ago, we celebrated the housewarming of our new TriArts Games studio. After two years of building our team, shaping our vision, and working relentlessly on our projects, moving into our own studio space marks a meaningful milestone for us. Even during a challenging period, with uncertainty, disruptions, and even canceled travel plans, our team continues to move forward with dedication and passion. Until things settle down a bit and we can fully move into the office, the team continues to work, from home, pushing development forward. We are incredibly proud of our partners, team members, and everyone who is part of this journey. The development of Defcon Zero continues. This is just the beginning.

We got funded! Today marks a major milestone for Defcon Zero. First and foremost, we want to thank our team. A team that stayed committed, focused, and relentless through uncertainty, long nights, and real sacrifices. This project exists because of people who believed in it long before it was “safe” to do so. To our community, thank you. Your feedback, discussions, theories, support, and patience played a huge role in getting us here. Defcon Zero is being built with you, and because of you. As we move into the next phase, we’ll soon be entering our office. This means there may be a short period of quieter communication. That silence isn’t distance, it’s focus. Focus on turning everything we’ve talked about into a real, polished, and ambitious RTS experience. We’re currently working on a clear roadmap that we’ll be sharing with the community. In parallel, we’re setting up a structure for consistent updates, now that we finally have the ability to do things properly and sustainably. After 20 months of building Defcon Zero with no salaries, this team is finally moving into full-time development. This is a turning point, not an endpoint.
