Every system requires inspections as well as monthly and annual tests in order for the operating business to not be shut down by the local fire dept. due to non compliance.

There is no sprinkler system in the world that can suppress arson.
I am a suppression engineer.
Tell me how you're going to get 1.2 million sqft covered in at a density of 0.2gal/sqft? Theres no way to convey that many gallons that fast short of dropping a lake on it.
Suppression systems are designed for a single ignition source, (like an accident). Only the sprinklers above the fire open to ensure sufficient pressure and density. As soon as you pop more than like 15 heads you arnt getting anything but a dribble out of any one sprinkler.
