@sirdibbydukes I will never understand when people claim he didn’t have much help in Miami yet these guys got on a stage and claimed they’d win 8 rings together
5 wembys is amazing, but it’s all the same guy.
5 lebron’s could literally give you 5 different elite players & it’s not hyperbole because we’ve actually seen it lol. it’s 5 brons all day.
@TheDunkCentral People hating on a dude who played College basketball at the division 2 level just don’t get it lol. If you played any level of college you could walk into 95% of pickup runs and be the best dude on the court
Stephen A. Smith says there are too many people who have never played the game acting like they know it all
“Unfortunately, on too many occasions, cats that didn’t play, they want to act like they knew it all on their own, when it’s impossible. I will never disrespect an athlete by acting like I know what people who actually did it know, I don’t know more. I know what I know. I can come at you from a scribe, from a pundit, from a commentator’s perspective. But I never disrespect, I always make sure you know, I don’t know what you know.”

@TheDunkCentral@TODAYshow@ClutchPoints Just because most people don’t understand the NBA today is a different era from a decade ago. So current guys like Jokic, SGA, Tatum, etc are more skilled than players of the 2010’s is what he’s saying
@TheDunkCentral For people who say LeBron’s the best scorer because he had the most points. LeBron is set to pass Dennis Rodman in rebounds next season, is he a better rebounder than Rodman? Is mark jackson a better passer than Magic Johnson because he has more career assists?
Austin Rivers says the best scorers he’s seen are KD, Harden, Kobe, MJ, and Iverson, and claims LeBron doesn’t have half of Durant’s bag
“LeBron is number one [in scoring], but his game doesn’t match a prototypical scorer. It’s also not sexy. LeBron’s game is built on force, sheer will, dedication, his mind, his IQ, the way he is able to dissect and control a game, and power, above anything else. He wills himself to the basket. Now, you have to give the guy credit. As he’s gotten older, he’s become a better jumpshooter. It’s crazy that he’s going to retire the best jumpshooter he’s ever been…For instance, LeBron has scored more points than Kevin, but Kevin can score in a much bigger variety of ways than LeBron. You can argue with the wall, but that’s just the truth. LeBron doesn’t have half the offensive bag that Kevin has…I would say Kevin [Durant], Carmelo [Anthony], James Harden, Kobe [Bryant], Michael [Jordan], and [Allen] Iverson are the best scorers I’ve ever seen.”

@Derek_DCS blud you have 40 views on this tweet, you get like 100 likes on insta on average, and looking up your name on youtube doesn’t even bring up your channel. maybe stop baiting children on snapchat with fake skins and actually make real watchable content so people will stick around
Content creation is so easy once you get over that initial fear of starting and just work everyday to improve. People work 40 hours a week for 30 years, that’s 62,400 hours . If you put that same amount of hours into growing your business or personal social media you will make money to feed generations.
@LegionHoops@ShamsCharania Just so people know the Lakers were not trash before he got there. They had D Lo, Julius Randle, Brandon Ingram, Jordan Clarkson, and Zubac on the same roster all good NBA players and they brought in Lonzo ball along with every draft pick. They had the assets to build something
LeBron James will look to finish his career with another team if he feels he can’t compete for a championship with the Lakers, per @ShamsCharania
It could really be happening.
Just in: The Milwaukee Bucks are waiving Damian Lillard and stretching the remaining $113 million on his contract in order to acquire Myles Turner, sources tell ESPN. Lillard's two seasons in Milwaukee come to an end as he rehabilitates a torn Achilles tendon.
The Lakers are favorites to land Bam Adebayo in a potential trade, per @BovadaOfficial
Lakers +190
Grizzlies +260
Spurs +300
Kings +375
Mavericks +475
Bulls +1000
Celtics +1600
In NFL terms, the Celtics trading Jrue Holiday to the Blazers for Anfernee Simons and two second-round picks is like the Kansas City Chiefs trading veteran star Stefon Diggs to the Washington Commanders for young wide receiver Jameson Williams and two second-round draft picks. Holiday, a proven two-way guard, mirrors Diggs' leadership and impact. Simons, a high-potential scorer, resembles Williams' upside. The picks add future flexibility. The Celtics retool for long-term growth, while the Blazers gain a veteran to guide their rebuild.
@ApexJones22 Everyone saying go based on shot attempts let it be known that Jamal Crawford scored more career points than Tracey Mcgrady on better true shooting percentage. Does anyone in here believe Jamal Crawford is a better scorer than Tracey McGrady…
@ClutchPoints It’s all relative. Put a Hockey player on a basketball court you see a 5’10 slow moving dude who looks like he doesn’t belong. Put an NBA player in a hockey rink you get a 6’7 dude who can skate. Put a power lifter on a Tennis court you have a jacked dude who can’t return a serve
The First Take crew debates which sport produces the best athletes 🤔
Markieff Morris: "Obviously basketball."
Stephen A. Smith: "When you talk about pure athleticism… I'm gonna with [Keef] on this."
P. K. Subban: "Put LeBron [James] on skates."
One veteran speaking on the R-Truth situation stated that they could tell that Triple H doesn’t like the fans hijacking creative.

@ChetGotNext It’s funny because apparently Jordan played in a weak era but KG wasn’t playing worse competition than Chet, y’all gotta make the argument make sense.
