@RhysticStudies I remember when it came out. You might be forgetting that same as the dark (which locally was hated) it’s a small set, only 8 cards per pack. Meaning we just ignored it and bought Legends instead, which was such a large set it could absorb the continued buying.

In over 7 years streaming I've never done this... But I just can't stream, already abandoned 2 but I can't get out of bed. I GENUINLY haven't ever been this ill with cold/flu ever. Joints are killing, face painful & swollen, fever, coughing, headache and I just can't stay awake or eat 😭 I look after myself well but all it took was being stuck on busy trains in London to defeat me 😅 I will post when I'm able to come back to stream... I'm gutted because I wanted to celebrate Dadly getting partner so much!

@Derium @PleasantKenobi I'm dying to see TMNT fail like Spider Man did. I know it won't come as close but I have a feeling 1 of the UB sets next year are going to do poorly.

Wizards are pulling the plug on the current Monster Hunter SLD, and are reworking it to do better. This fucking rules. It shows that the feedback and feelings of the player base matter. It feels like Wizards care, and are listening. Genuinely fantastic move. Bravo.

@PleasantKenobi @Shenron795 Fair point. It did take me too long to say I was speaking from what my players have been upset about lately. And that I am upset about WotC dropping their direct program that also gathered feedback on the regular from us.

@Derium @Shenron795 I think you should watch some of my videos.if you think I'm "kissing ass". You are allowed to acknowledge and approve when a company does the right thing. Try to have a more nuanced perspective on life. It will help you long term.

@Derium @PleasantKenobi I would agree 7 sets is excessive, but looking closer at the layout for 2026, it's Almost identical to 2025. Same number of sets, except they're swapping a reprint set for an additional UB set. Since they're already giving us reprints in the bonus sheets for these sets anyway.

@Shenron795 @PleasantKenobi Your experience might be different, but my players/customers are having wallet fatigue, majorly. And UB feels way too forced and pumped out. Riftbound is being celebrated in store cause of 4 sets next year, it feels “right”. That I guess is the crux of my posting.
