A for a mobile experience with small orders, B for a web with large orders. For A, it's much easier to tap on a mobile device for your quantity let's assume you only need 4 pizzas so you are tapping 4 times. For B, if you are using web you may be putting in a larger order for a party, and clicking 20 times would be frustrating, B is a better experience for large order on the web.

As product managers, it's easy to get caught up in daily tasks and push strategy aside. Dedicating at least an hour a day to strategic thinking is a game-changer for long-term success.

I would increase the size of the "How to Pay" section and shrink the column size of "Order Summary" so it is seen as the primary call to action on the page to pay. You could also consider instead moving "How to pay" on the left and "Order Summary" to the right in this design, this change would clarify the call to action for the user. In its current state, the user could see the order summary first and may try to click the image before going to payment...If you flip them, they will enter their payment details first and view of the order summary will be seen more as an FYI versus a possible action.

@carlvellotti I would evaluate the team's design system and look to enhance it, with a solid design system in place you should be able to reduce 30-40% of time spent on new designs providing instant bandwidth to the design team.

Product managers, a dilemma: Your team's engineering bandwidth is higher than its design bandwidth. So engineers are implementing features faster than design can work on new ones. Your company is also on a hiring freeze, so no new designers. What can you do?
