@happibess @mondialrelay @RelayMondial I've had something similar happen one time with USPS....A company I've bought from often always ships their stuff in cardboard boxes and I ended up with a big grey package bag of ugly cheap shein items one time.

Anyone know a way to get in touch with an actual human at Mondial?
One of their employees stole a package and I’m being told there’s no full compensation because the package isn’t insured.

Box look great so I was gonna just put a new label on it and send it to them. I’m so glad I opened it up and checked. I ordered 2 and only received one 😭
