Interview them about their pain points until you have a better idea for your startup, and pivot! What if you don't have any users at all? Well, go out and find them! Reaching out individually is best. In summary: - marketing is overrated unless you have no users to talk to - building is important, but also wrong if working on the wrong thing - you don't need to go to events, hire, fundraise, etc, etc, etc. Just talk to your users!
