Now 2 week. ago when Diablo went out Bertrand got his highest workload of his career playing 71 snaps and ole CMC just crushed em having 7 receptions for 72 yards. Last week he played 80 snaps and the team allowed 24 receiving yards to backfield receivers. This year Drake Maye is averaging 34.1 receiving yards per game to backfield receivers while averaging 8.5 YPC. Henderson has a 2.5 receptions line 👀. During this stretch he has put up 62,96,46,45 receiving yards and I expect him to continue to rack up yards. MATCHUP VS THE PATRIOTS The Patriots blitz at the 4th HIGHEST rate in the NFL and Smith has been a killer against the Blitz for the Dolphins averaging 2.77 yards per route run with a ridiculous 20.75 YPC! Now you might be concerned that the Patriots on the season have ran a HEAVY dose on man coverage. 40.5% to be exact ranking the 3rd highest and Smith in the season against Man Coverage is awful getting a 12.3% Target rate and a very embarrassing 0.98 YPRR. The books are taking that way to much into account I expect the Patriots to run a different defensive scheme then they have been doing most of the season. With Tyreek Hill it’s hard to play man coverage against the Dolphins and teams have figured that out as 8/9 teams have ran man coverage below > 27.5% including this very Patriots team running it 22.2%. In this game they held the Dolphins to 15 points so I do not expect them to go away from this defensive approach especially early. The Patriots ran Cover 3 (36.1%) Cover 2 (22.2%) Cover 4 (13.9%) against the Dolphins last game and Jonnu Smith against these 3 coverages combined leads the team with 380 yards! He has 3.02 YPRR which ranks #2/40 TE’s! Smith is coming off an 8 Target game with 101 receiving yards and against NE earlier he had 8 targets with 62 yards!
