Exactly. You can derisk by moving more collateral back to your cold storage. Strike year long loans let you pull collateral but only after your ltv reaches 40% and then you can't pull an aggressive amount. There are no limits on opening with 75% or pulling collateral whenever you want up to it.

Yeah, it's basically either a revolving loc or endless loan. Coinbase locks it up in smart contracts. They claim there's zero rehypothecation. Strike claims the same thing. That part is all "trust me bro" since you hold no keys. The other big coinbase advantage is you can, at any time, withdraw bitcoin collateral up to 75% ltv.

@DigitalDom__ Coinbase bitcoin backed loan has no duration terms. It's indefinite, so there's no refinancing or rolling needed. Interest is 4.5% (variable but stays between 4-5% mostly). Interest just gets added to the loan total. No monthly payments. It's truly superior to Strike tbh
