@jappleby Fair point. On the flip side, most creative and marketing awards go to large companies and agencies. So it’s nice to see founders win these.

I just checked the Forbes 30 under 30 list for Marketing & Advertising... and 26 of the 30 honorees are Founders. That's just such a miss in my book. We need to find ways to honor all-star employees, not just feature people starting their own companies & titling them the best young people in the industry.
