@tylerstoneart Yeah tbh I'd have no idea how to approach this either. But even a public note or something from the sr authors saying "hey, he did a lot of work on this paper and will be retaining authorship but obviously we will no longer be working with him in future" would go a long way.

@Diplotomodon Not trying to minimize how bad Myhrvold is of course, I just donโ€™t want the rest of team to be tainted by association for things they didnโ€™t know until they went public, and that they couldnโ€™t do anything about this far in.
