Good Morning! Set Rules: You need to create rules and follow them when the time comes. Create a trade plan based on your risk-reward tolerance for when to enter/exit a trade. Set a profit target and put a stop loss in place to take some emotion out of your trading.

$AAPL 5-20 $170 calls at 1:30 yesterday cost me $10.70. Current price $9.80 2-18 $170 calls at 1:30pm yesterday would have cost you $2.08 per contract. Current price $0.68 2-18 exp: -68% or -$140 5-20 exp: -8% and -$85 This is why buying time is so important
