Take Kurama away from Naruto and you don’t just remove power… you change his entire story. No insane chakra reserves, no Shadow Clone spam at that level, no clutch survival moments, and probably no Jiraiya mentorship either. He wouldn’t attract the same attention, the same enemies, or the same opportunities for growth. Kurama was the reason he struggled… but also the reason he stood out. Without it, he might’ve had peace… but never greatness.
