@ElricSanor88 @CopsGoneWrong I agree to a point but then cops can just give tickets when ever without probable cause. Also the false arrest would bring more money in a lawsuit than a false ticket getting thrown out in court.

@CopsGoneWrong The cop is 100% wrong, but the rider is 100% wrong not to provide his license when requested, even if the cop is wrong. Tickets are to be disputed in court, not on the side of the road.
