@Gam3rALO With no requirement ICs are just regionals with better prizing. It doesnt make sense that it's not even region locked. Aside from that ICs are supposed to be where the top players in the region play for their last chance to represent their country at worlds. YOU should be there.

@Draw3GamesTCG I don’t like championship point requirement because players that play the game should be able to participate, no matter their champ points. A better requirement, IMO, would it being done through a play point requirement.

@NataliePokeTCG i think regionals are fine to be open for everyone. But ICs should be locked behind qualification. You need X amount of points earned to enter and maybe even region lock ICs.

A play points barrier makes way too much sense for regional and IC registrations...
Players should get priority in registration over scalpers.

The Pokemon TCG has a problem
There are almost too many guides and coaches. Good player doesn't always mean good writer or coach so it's hard to know where's best to go for more specific resources/help improving...

The Alabama State Championships is this Sunday and I'm not gonna lie I'm a bit nervous! I have to defend my title against some tough competitors. I'm still not even sure what deck I should play!

@TheMintMermaid yall should try organize an actual states, pretty easy to do. Have it so theres a point system and points are only rewarded to players who win a challange or cut/win a cup in the state. Top 32 in the state get invited to the actual state championship. Set up a way to report tops

@Draw3GamesTCG Well it was the the biggest Cup in Alabama in a really long time & they are smack dab in the middle of the state, so folks just call it the Alabama States.
