I really miss streaming, I really miss being able to know what my day looks like, I really miss being able to interact with people and have that one bright spot to my day that I could look forward to. Life has been rough without that stability.

I think the thing that sucks the most about this extended hiatus is that I feel so un-grounded. I based a lot of my life around streaming, it was the one constant I had, the one I could rely on to really plan my schedule around. Now with health stuff and IRL issues, I feel lost.

Decided to pull up a Legacy of Kain: Blood Omen lore video (thanks @GameLoreDash) and while the only game I played from the series was Blood Omen 2 on the PS2, I forgot how much I love Kain's narration of events. The grandiose style really tickles the brain and now looking back at some of my own writing and how I deliver my 'in-character' quips, I was clearly affected more than I realized.

Medieval armor design is just peak evolution. Even future power armor will make a full circle until it looks nearly as good as medieval armor again. There's no escaping it.
