Officers Matthew Barawed & Scott Hardman of @ChpSolano were at a Dixon fruit stand when a frantic mother screeched to a halt in front of their patrol car & told them her 7yo son wasn’t breathing. The officers saw he was turning blue & performed CPR, helping to save his life
