I loved the first two lessons! I'm surprised it mentioned "students’ use of digital media for more advanced or creative activities is less frequent", as I assumed more tech savvy individuals would do more "advanced or creative" tasks. I can't wait to learn more! #EM203Robin

Learned some cool new things in #EM203Robin so far! The first module talked about the three M’s while discussing how we learn in a digital age. The second module then moved on to what we learn in a digital age as well as the ability we have to search using search engines.

@EM203AChiodo The memory experiment was so interesting and I was surprised to see how my memory was worse with small amounts of background noise

I have been really enjoying the first 3 lessons of #EM203Robin and expanding my knowledge on the digital age. Lesson 3 has been my favourite so far, as it delves into the use of multi-media, multi-modal learning, and includes a fascinating memory experiment!

In the first few lessons of EM203 I have learned that learning in the digital age is complex and dynamic, and that there are a number of methods in which information can be presented, be it video, graphics, audio or text. #EM203Robin

Just learned that technology can help us to become experts at multi tasking. Despite this, research shows that it does not boost academic performance! Interesting! #EM203Robin
