I told them that if they could show me evidence that hot, dehydrated doctors and nurses worked better than cool, hydrated ones I would be happy to appraise it.
Patients drink in the wait room, and the CQC have said they donโt care. Say no.

VERY common in the NHS. As an FY2, the nurse in charge snatched my bottle of water from my hand, mid sip, and threw it in the bin. All because โdoctors drinking on wards is an infection control violation.โ Doctors were also banned from using the break room on that ward.

Overworked, underpaid, and subjected to unnecessary hostility. An NHS doctor was prevented from accessing the ward kitchen for a simple glass of tap water. Itโs no surprise so many doctors are leaving for countries where theyโre valued, respected, and treated with basic dignity.

Sick lady called in as septic shock, turned out to be a ruptured ectopic. Donโt matter. Received as โsickโ and sorted as such.

@SilverwoodVS This is beyond madness. NOT sport, some of it reminds me of the referee leading Michael Watson back to Chris Eubank in their final round rather than recognising the serious injury. Iโll be using snippets to illustrate โbad things too look out forโ talks - we must learn from this.
