Our names are the most important words to us. They create our identity and tell the world who we are through the eyes of our parents.

Building literacy skills through tactile and oral language creates meaning and a love of learning.

Art can be both permanent and temporary. Building fine motor skills, self expression and the use of loose parts creates variety and inspiration for all.

We have spent time on our language skills through building familiarity of rhyme. By using the story Brown Bear, Brown Bear that includes rhyming, repetition and concepts such as colour recognition and working on our fine motor skills through our own version.

Working on our math skills through understanding number, lines and shapes.

Our creative story writing and drawing went to a whole new level in our morning class today. Drawing and oral language are how we connect to our peers and our world #gwsconnects
