Today we’re showing our support for World Sustainable Transport Day. We asked our students how they prefer to travel around Bristol and Oxford; 25% prefer bicycle or train, 31% prefer walking! We’re proud to live in cities that promote safer, greener travel 🚶#TransportDay

Thank you to Tim Young, Victoria O'Brien and Helmut Hauser (@MorphComp) for hosting us.

They gained fantastic insights into various aspects along the innovation pathway: from academic research into soft robotics, early-stage startups developing everything from electric aircraft ‘buses’ to live biotherapeutic products, to composites research and development at scale.

As part of their Innovation Training, our students visited the @NCCUKinfo , @Future_Space_ and the @BristolRobotLab this week.

At the weekend, our students had a lot of fun participating in the European SynBio Hackathon. By combining expertise, creativity, and mentorship, participants worked together to create solutions that address global challenges across health, sustainability, agrifood, and beyond.
