🆕 The European Union’s Court of Justice has issued a non-binding judgement broadly endorsing FIFA’s Football Agent Regulations. Advocate General Nicholas Emiliou has proposed “EU law allows sports associations to adopt regulations related to the activity of operators [including football agents].” This has been welcomed by FIFA.
