@NepentheZ Pro clubs. Football is 11v11. Watching UT players opening rainbow cards and controlling a small part of the squad whilst AI does the other 10 players is boring as hell. EA's open world having your own avatar is another move away from UT and towards 11v11

Is there even an FC26 Ultimate Team video / concept you'd look forwards to watching these days? Stating the obvious, but UT content is DEAD. I recognise I'm a cog in the wheel, but it's the same recycled content laregly due to the fact it's the same recycled game. It's difficuly for EA, because Football is Football - they can't just re-invent the wheel every year - but UT FC26 is not too far removed from UT FIFA 17. No one cares to see a grind anymore thanks to the ease of the 99% team and the impossible nature of the 100% team. No one cares for rewards now because we've either been so over exposed to them via shareplays that you know they wont be worth your time, or you can pick up the same and often more from Friendlies (which EA have scaled back MASSIVELY the last month) - or from grinding league SBCs using web app extensions that allow you to complete countless SBC's in minutes. Gameplay isn't "Football" - it's "FC26ball" - you can't emulate your favourite club / players / tactics unless you're happy putting yourself at a wild disadvantage. As I'm typing this I recognise it probably reads as another "rant post" or "complaining again" - but I'm genuinely scratching my head what content I could make that would genuinely offer something of value to the community, rather than just the next days cycle of upgrade packs, a few LFF games and "look at my new evo".

@Galfano_No_10 Played PES through the years until it turned into a soulless F2P ultimate team rip off. Konami couldn’t compete with a fraction of the budget & size of the development team of a giant company like EA sadly. It’s more on par with games like UFL 😅 EA FC is on a different level

THIS is what will ALWAYS separate Konami's sim to EA's! The physics, momentum, foot / body placement, player weight & direction change, inertia all perfect 👌🏻 How the ball reacts to each varied touch is exactly equated by said touch to a tee. EA can never match that realism. 🔥

@RanksBro Without the match engine the game would just be a glorified spreadsheet. People have their own preferences, but for me watching some dots move around the screen doesn’t bring the game to life. SI have the stats to show the majority of players prefer the 3D match engine.

2D classic makes from a streamlined playing experience. If we wanted good graphics we'd play EA FC 25
