@OD_optimist Equality? 80% of school teachers now female. Result, boys left behind at school for past decade as female-centric schooling takes over. Similar ratio in personnel depts. We've had gender equality laws for years yet still people like you whine, giving women generally a bad name!

I'm still shocked at how much women have had to fight and continue to fight for equality. We can't take this for granted yet.

@WorldofGoodBook How is it spot on? In pure factual terms that is not a diverse team in terms of the current characteristics we use to define diversity, of which gender is the starting point. Whether that matters and the skills arguments are different points. It does smack of hypocrisy.

@TiffanyDawnCro1 But most of the mothers who pride themselves on being single mums are often what we would consider to be relatively unspectacular clinging onto the kids to compensate for lacking elsewhere in life either in love or careers. Surley that's an odd narcissism?
