In systems thinking, the Iceberg Model is a tool to encourage critical thinking, it helps us understand how underlying structures and mental models shape patterns of behavior. We must ask ourselves; What are our core beliefs about civil society? & Which beliefs or assumptions keep the current system in place. These mental models influence how structures are designed and how they function. If we want meaningful change, we must go beyond surface-level events and explore the beliefs that sustain the system itself. #CSOWeek2025

How do we collaborate? Do we collaborate & co create with voices of communities ? or is our projects driven by the voices of the elite?
