The Mike skull icon was potentially supposed to be meant for the Endoskeleton, if this is true, that means the Endoskeleton was going to be a threat that was later scrapped for an easter egg

scott made fnaf 2 quickly after the success of fnaf 1 and didn't go through a bunch of shitty design changes along with changing the entire aesthetic of the game
