Everyone knows about all the hair ties at the top of Expedition Everest. But how did it start? The trend began organically shortly after the ride opened, as guests started throwing them onto the rock structure, a practice that quickly became a popular so other guests did it also. Some people attribute the start to visiting cheerleading and dance teams who leave them for good luck during competitions. Even Joe Rhode chimed in on this in the past saying “The hair tie thing at the top of Everest is weird but also ritualistic. It creates a very real interactive ceremony at the actual top of the highest point of the ride.” He also said he doesn’t condone it because a cast member has to clean them up every so often. 📸 @laughingplace

It's crazy how much of the park Lost Continent took up....even moreso when Potter was Merlinwood. Truly an incredible land that never really took root in the GPs mind

If my math is right, Poseidon's Fury was closed for 496 days (not counting the COVID shutdown), then was only open for 421 days until it closed permanently Seems like that was a waste

@NickChaps96 They shoulda moved them to the post show, they were fun to do but I disliked them being apart of the ride

@NickChaps96 Apparently the general public liked this. It’s the main reason why they dislike Test Track 3.0. They’re mad about losing an iPad game. I liked it me personally but I do think it was a waste of time and half the time it didn’t even work on the ride.

7,000 dollars is not reasonable my guy. 😭😭😭This is for a soccer match that lasts 90 minutes by the way.. You can go take a vacation to Europe and back with less money. Gianni is out of touch with reality.
