@JamesMizza @triswired Unfortunately we do not see any solution on the horizon. The government is intending to introduce licensing later this year,greatly increase cost of business and compliance further, making it unfeasible for smaller locally focused exchanges to operate.

@entrobeast We currently cannot send out SGD. We will look into placing sell orders around market prices so that you can purchase BTC and withdraw out.

@FYBSG how loing does btc balance show up on site? its confirmed on blockchain and can see balance in wallet address but not at the website

@WinsonNg12 It should work if Ledger Nano supports sending to bc1 addresses.

@FYBSG can I send btc from my ledger nano s (Legacy) to your bc1 address? does that work

Bech32 addresses have been issued to all accounts, users are encouraged to use the new addresses for depositing to FYB-SG which might help us pass on savings in withdrawal fees.

@Dr33m4r It depends on usage of bech32, if nobody uses them, there are no savings to pass on

@KunSeh We had redundancy with data, which is how the exchange was up and running within 12 hrs of the outage. However we did not have a backup node on standby, we will improve upon this henceforth.
