I just had a realization today after talking to 2 very intelligent people that just got a Tesla. We are so far away from mass adoption on FSD and Robotaxi due to fear and misinformation. It is going to hit the entire world like a tsunami once mass adoption occurs, however, we still have some time even with a full rollout for people to jump to this technology. It’s disappointing, but also exciting because I know I can continue to build my position in Tesla setting my family and future generations up for long-term success. I am thankful every day that I get to buy Tesla shares for the discount that we are receiving now versus what it will be in the future. I am a hopeful, long-term Tesla investor holding a very large position.

@wholemars "You’ve really misled a lot of people. In reality, this company’s fundamentals are very poor. The YoY growth is just because Model Y was undergoing a refresh at this time last year.

This is the first time Tesla sales have grown year over year in the first quarter since 2023. The automotive business seems to be finally stabilizing, and has a shot at returning to growth this year.

$TSLA deliveries of 358K were up about 7% year every year. More or less in line with the whisper and a win for the company given it’s the first quarter where we get a true read on underline demand post last years September tax credit sunset. The bottom line is Tesla deliveries are growing without the help of subsidies.

Damn, not a great number. US must have shrank YoY. However I still expect Q2 to be stronger due to oil prices. They probably couldn't accomodate the late-quarter orders in Q1.
