National Pet Day was on Saturday, but at Farmers & Merchants State Bank, we celebrate our pets every day. Our team has pets of all shapes, sizes, and species. We’re excited to share photos of some of our furry friends.

April is Community Banking Month—a time to celebrate the customers and community members who drove the success of our 10th annual March Food & Fund Drive. Thank you to everyone who gave so generously. In total, we collected 330 lbs of food and $3,603 in cash donations.

Today we celebrate National Ag Day and the Central Minnesota farm families who keep our small towns strong and our main streets busy. Our country’s soil, air and water are our most precious resources, and they care for them every day. #AgDay26

It’s the first day of spring, and 60s and 70s are in the forecast. Coats are OFF. Farmers are doing mental math on field conditions. Grills are firing up. Gardeners are getting their seeds started. Kids and dogs are finding every mud puddle possible. Happy Spring!
