Rt 6 is closed between the intersections of Scott Swamp Rd and Pinnacle Rd due to Telephone pole down across the roadway.

On Thursday June 5, 2025, Highwood Road will be closed from Farmington Ave. (RT. 4) to Knollwood Road during the hours of 8:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. Seek alternate routes

Farmington Animal Control will be at Simsbury’s Rabies Vaccination Clinic on Sunday, June 7, from 10:00 a.m. to noon at the Weatogue Fire Station (251 Hopmeadow Street, Simsbury). Rabies vaccinations will be available, and residents will be able to renew dog licenses on-site.
