@GormaruIsland @GigaBashGame 2 very minor tweaks:
1. I wish there was natural lighting sheen as the main skins for the Ultraman and Gamera Rebirth characters rather than just being red, blue, yellow, and green.
2. I wish Gamera’s up taught was one longer roar instead of two short roars back to back.

@GormaruIsland I’d go with Leo since that version of Mothra still technically falls under the Non-Godzilla Toho Monster category and I’d love it if they explored more of that side of Toho’s history, even if it is based on the Rebirth of Mothra trilogy.

@GormaruIsland If I say Rodan and Mothra does it specifically have to be their Heisei incarnations? I’d love it if they went with their 1956 and 1961 incarnations respectively to honor their roots before being apart of the Godzilla series.

@semifreqsonic I’d also like to point out that there is a Gamera reference in Sonic 2 as well, suffice to say that I think Yasushi Yamaguchi is a big fan of Kaiju/Tokusatsu which is pretty cool to think about.

The Kaiju fighting game genre for consoles is looking strong again, powered by two love letter IPs, one being a current successor, the other a remade predecessor (Definitely not a simple remaster face lift! Ground-zero remake here)
Now if we could just get a DAMMR crossover, maybe bring over the Vortaak as new invasion maps, MAYBE collab an OG Vortaak Titan!

While I know we’re all excited for the news, I hope this doesn’t deter from supporting other Kaiju games from indie devs that don’t have the name Godzilla in the title.
Gigabash is still going strong with 2 more Ultraman characters this July with other Godzilla and Gamera stuff!
