Building with projects early has always been the goal. Since campaigns and rewards started paying heavily, the focus slowly shifted. CT became filled with people chasing forms, trying to get noticed by bigger projects just to secure some quick funds. Now campaigns are slower, opportunities are fewer, and people are already giving up because the rewards are not flowing the same way anymore. Meanwhile, there are still people quietly winning. They’re contributing thoughtfully to younger projects, building properly, growing with communities early, and positioning themselves long term instead of chasing visibility and temporary rewards.
