Most “Agile AI” will give you textbook answers. This one will call your team out. The cloud dojo is live. The Fearless Ninja AI Assistant is trained on how we actually practice Scrum in the real world — not how it’s supposed to look in a certification guide. Ask it: Why your Daily Scrum turned into a status meeting Why your backlog is lying to you Why burndowns make leadership feel safe while hiding the truth This isn’t Agile Make-Believe. This is Reality Wins AI. 👉 Try it: ninja.fearlessagility.ai If it gives you a better answer than your last retro… we should talk. This is fully platform independent. If you have (or want) the iOS app you can download it from the link above. #Scrum #Agile #AgileCoach #ScrumMaster #ProductManagement #RealityWins #FearlessAgility

🔥 I cooked this for Katrina Lake. No recipe drop. No hints (yet). If you actually know your food… you’ll recognize it. 👀 What is this dish? First person to call it correctly in the comments gets a ⚡ Fearless workshop at cost (CSM / CSPO — your pick) No edits. No second guesses. One shot. 💥 Bonus: If you’ve never heard of it and still take a swing… respect. Let’s see who’s got range. #FearlessAgility #FoodChallenge #KnowYourFood #ScrumLife #RealityWins

You already clicked the TestFlight link… but haven’t stepped into the Dojo yet. No judgment—but also… why not? The app isn’t the product. Your participation is. #AgileLeadership #ScrumLife #ProductOwner #AgileTransformation #LeanAgile #DevCommunity #SoftwareDevelopment We’re actively building this thing in the open: Testing new modes (including live battles) Tuning questions and scoring Breaking stuff → fixing it fast 👉 If you’ve installed it, jump into Practice or Challenge Mode today 👉 If something feels off, good—that’s the point. Tell us. Join the beta team on Reddit here: r/FearlessDojoBetaTeam That’s where: feedback actually changes the app bugs get fixed fast features get decided Not in the beta yet? Start here: 👉 Join TestFlight (to join the global beta testing team): testflight.apple.com/join/8RtYMY8n Then once you’re in: 👉 Join the subreddit: r/FearlessDojoBetaTeam No spectators. Only players. That “you get annoyed because you love them more” take? Not backed by neuroscience. What's actually happening is your brain goes into threat mode: patience drops, negativity spikes, and connection suffers. That’s not love. That’s low-grade emotional dysregulation. AND there are ways to train it not to do that. Kat and I are headed to new digs… So are the ninjas. We’re moving back to Wisconsin AND moving Fearless to a new web stack built for what’s next: → Full AI inside the app → Real-time learning → No lag between question and insight → The Full Fearless Ninja LLM → "Flex App" for our friends not in the Appleverse Same mission. Bigger dojo. Reality wins. Always. #FearlessAgility #ProductEvolution #StartupLife #AI #Scrum #RealityWins Brand New Ride (Remix by DJCX)

Here's the longer treatment on the subject I posted on LinkedIn... People in my CAF today wanted a crash course on Agile v Scrum v "Jira Agile" (both the tool and the weird frAgile process it drives). So here goes (why do I have to keep explaining this "Agile Coaches‽”) Agile is the philosophy—captured in the Agile Manifesto—that prioritizes adaptability, collaboration, and delivering real value over rigid plans. Scrum is a specific framework within Agile, defined by clear roles, events, and artifacts (as outlined in the Scrum Guide), used to apply those principles in a structured, empirical way. “Jira Agile,” despite the name, isn’t Agile or Scrum—it’s just a tool from Atlassian that teams use to track work; it can support SOME Agile practices, (it works okay for Kanban but SUCKS for backlogs) AND it can just as easily reinforce bad habits if people confuse the tool with the mindset or the framework. Basic Agile & Scrum terms (the stuff that actually matters): • 4 Agile Values → People first... Process second, working product, customer collaboration, responding to change & 12 Principles (12 of them! …on page 2... nobody knows them) • Roles (aka "Accountabilities") → Product Owner, Scrum Master, 6-8 other team members with all the skills and abilities necessary to build a real useable thing • Events (used to be called meetings; weirdoes call them "ceremonies" like it's a f#*king cult)→ Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective • Artifacts → Product Backlog, Sprint Backlog, Increment • Commitments → Product Goal, Sprint Goal, Definition of Done Shit taken out of context from XP... • "Stories" written ABOUT users (= pointless) instead of BY users (🔥 IF you can get them on your team) • Story points as a performance metric instead of a subjective opinion of relative difficulty between items on our list • Velocity as a target or performance metric instead of a lightweight release planning tool "Velocity Based Sprint Planning" described in a few books written 20(ish) years ago in a very different world AND later disavowed by most of us who tried for years to make it work (if you want to argue in the comments you better start by telling me when the last time you used all that with a team to deliver useable value in 2 weeks was) Other Common “Jira Agile” bullshit (tool ≠ framework): • Status columns as a proxy for progress (“we moved the ticket!”) • Over-engineered workflows and approval gates • Treating tickets as requirements instead of value bets (Scrum calls these PBis) • Burndown obsession without talking to real users; FTR burndowns were removed from the Scrum framework a LONG time ago by ANYONE not dumber than a box of hair • Measuring output (tickets closed) instead of outcomes (value delivered) You're welcome. Can we all just get over it and move on to more useful conversations?
