@DrWigley @dense_evi Well the USA 1986 National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act gave the vaccine manufacturers indemnity from injury and death. They gave them no fault so they stopped getting sued. In 2011, ruling reaffirming they are not held liable for defective design.

@dense_evi @FermentedRage A legal requirement of animal-based testing in many countries including the UK under the Animals (Scientific Procedures) Act 1986 is to euthanise animals at the end of studies.

@FermentedRage The animals are euthanized so that an autopsy can be conducted to look for any organ damage as part of the vaccine safety checks. The sort of safety checks anti-vaxxers are always claiming haven't been undertaken!

Some pay nothing, others pay a lot. Lots of questions yet no answers a decade later. Almost as if you get $9,000+ back in taxes for working part time, claiming all the benefits you can pay a small per person premium back into the system from your return that provided for you to help provide for others. Maybe that’ll give people incentive to work and not milk the system.

American shows what his Family Health Insurance (Bronze Saver Plus) Plan will cost in 2026: - $2,094.15 per month - $27,229 per year - $13,000 deductible - $20,300 maximum out of pocket No one can afford this. The Affordable Care Act has destroyed healthcare. “This cannot be real! How the heck are families supposed to get medical care?! I'm at a loss.... This is freaking insane.”

@PramilaJayapal Stealing from Peter to pay Paul is not a good business model. Medicare is not free. It has a premium and you still have a deductible as well as coinsurance. Yes, we pay into Medicare our entire working lives but it still costs to use it. Imagine that. Government ruins everything.

Let me break this down simply: We have a greed problem. We can afford Medicare for All. We can afford to house every person sleeping on the street. We can afford to make public college tuition free and guarantee access to universal pre-k to every child in America. The money exists. It's just sitting in the bank accounts of billionaires who write blank checks to corrupt politicians to make sure it stays there. Tax the rich. Fund the people. That's it.

Son is displaying some pretty severe ADHD behavior along with his sensory processing stuff. Pediatrician gave me an evaluation to fill out. Nurse called me back today. Here’s how the convo went. Nurse (super nice): so Dr said it does look like he’s showing some early signs of ADHD. Dr wants to repeat the evaluation in November after he starts school so the teacher can get to know him and fill out the eval. Me: okay and what if we’re homeschooling? Nurse (super rude): uh. IS that what you’re doing? Me: yeah that’s why I said that Nurse (even more rude): okay well if that’s the case then this (the ADHD) doesn’t even matter Me: ……. Like what the heck?? Does ADHD only affect kids negatively when they’re in public school? I hung up the phone after she said that.

BREAKING: We’re supporting a lawsuit to force the release of files on a $200,000 NIH-funded kitten abuse lab. We exposed that an Auburn University lab is breeding kittens to suffer debilitating and deadly diseases, conducting invasive experiments on them, then killing them at just a few months old. One tragic video we uncovered showed a kitten struggling to walk and, according to Auburn, close to death. And these cruel experiments are all funded by your tax dollars. Here’s the background on this new lawsuit: In July 2025, an Auburn alum and Alabama taxpayer requested records on these kitten experiments. Auburn refused. Our investigation has already uncovered that this Auburn University lab has bred thousands of sick kittens over nearly half a century. These kittens are bred to suffer from genetic disorders that cause loss of muscle control, difficulty walking, vision loss, tremors, and early death. Auburn confined and abused 134 cats and kittens in 2024. Under Secetary Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., the NIH is still funding this cruel cat lab despite promising last year to end testing on pets. We’ve been fighting for files on these abusive NIH-funded experiments for years, and we’re not backing down.  Taxpayers have a right to know how their money is being spent so they can hold bureucrats accountable..
