@nikosciascia @NCSBN Absolutely. Also, if we can incorporate this topic in nursing school curriculum, this may help change the way we look at mental health/self care in nursing. “The eat your young” mentality and normalizing overtime and not using the bathroom for 12 hours isn’t ok. #ANursesVoice
