@SonosSupport I have tried that numerous times and did it again. When I open devices, my beam still shows offline. And it does not respond to voice.

@SonosSupport what is the deal with the tech center being closed?

Also able to access radio through tune in so clearly the issue is with Alexa.

@SonosSupport my Sonos beam is showing offline and I can’t seem to get it to respond to voice st all. Working fine as speaker for tv. Help.
