Change in direction due to an outside stimuli. Reaction drills are really the only way to effectively train it. I personally am a fan of using @Fitlight for this. Other drills like color cones are great. Agility is NOT set foot patterns (ladder drills, 5-10-5, box drills etc where the athlete knows where they’re going. That’s change of direction not agility!
