@LNRailway there is something wrong with the announcements on the 17:19 eus-nmp. Every day, at Watford Junction, there's an auto announcement saying the calling pattern of the service has changed (and it never has). This has been going on for weeks, can it be looked into please?

@LNRailway Where? If I select 'my ticket has a barcode' I'm only given the option to upload an image. And none of the none barcode options apply. This is a Flexi season ticket.

@FloraFyles Hi Flora, I will pass on your feedback to the relevant team however, the no-screenshot function is in place to stop fraud on tickets. You can use your season ticket number when claiming delay repay, the form shows you where to find this. - Aneesha

@LNRailway some additional announcements at NMP would be much appreciated - train arrived at platform 2, the platform board said it was to Birmingham, but signs on the train said it was to Euston. No announcement to clarify before it left (it was the 7:18 to EUS)

@LNRailway do you have any information about the 7:30 NMP to EUS - usual arrival time at EUS is 8:20, but this morning it has been retimed and arrives at 8:29, is there a reason for this?
