If you want to maximize your output within your current career setup, there are excellent accounts for that. I’m here to engage with people who have started to question the arrangement itself. The salary, the calendar, the expectation that your best hours are spoken for before you've decided anything…. That's a different project. And most productivity content is actively unhelpful for it.
