Gm - been doing some digging… Team response: “So basically he did a big bonus buy of $10,800 which used all his deposit, and some of the bonus balance - he won $16,520.40 which was proportionally split between bonus and real - the bonus portion he used for the bonus buy counted towards the bonus 1x wagering target but from then on was using real funds so it didn't count. He couldn't withdraw due to the fraud system alert, not because we were blocking him specifically.
