میں نے سوشل میڈیا پر ایک کلپ دیکھا جس میں ڈی جی آئی ایس پی آر ایک خاتون صحافی کے سوال کے جواب میں "آنکھ مارتے (Winking) دکھائی دیئے"، میرے لئے یہ حیران کن تھا میں سمجھا شاید یہ ایڈیٹڈ کلپ ہے لہذا میں نے آئی ایس پی آر کے آفیشیل یوٹیوب چینل پر دیکھا تو میرے لئے حیران کن تھا کہ ایسا حقیقت میں ہوا ہے، پاکستان، بھارت اور کئی ممالک میں یہ اشارہ جنسی ہراسانی کے زمرے میں آتا ہے جبکہ کچھ ممالک میں باقاعدہ Winking کیخلاف قوانین بھی موجود ہیں۔ فرانس، فلپائن، پرتگال، نیدرلینڈز وغیرہ میں اس کیخلاف قوانین بھی موجود ہیں۔ تاہم آنکھ مارنے کی ایک تشریح شرارت اور طنز کے دور پر کی جاتی ہے لیکن یہ خالصتاً غیر سنجیدہ اور سطحی قسم کا عمل ہے جس کی توقع کم از کم اس لیول پر نہیں کی جاسکتی۔

@MuzzammilAslam3 And who will do investigations? The court, media, Journalists, NAB and the choowkidaars all are involved in this mega corruption. So nothing will happen, they will divert this corruption to Imran Khan.

In Shahbaz Rana report the IMF charge sheet on Federal & Punjab govt tweaking Public Procurement rules in the name of time sensitivity and awarding contracts to SoEs and later outsourcing/subcontracting the same to private parties is extra ordinary manipulation. One off G to G contract award without tendering is understandable. But if it’s consistent then requires major investigation for sure.
