Over the next 12 months, we’ll need 30–50 electric pickup trucks. We’re weighing three options: -F-150 Lightning: ~$42K (used) -Rivian R1T: ~$55K (used) -Cybertruck: ~$72K (used) From a capex & serving perspective we’re leaning towards Ford

@Ford Our E-Transit would not unlock because either the app was malfunctioning or the vehicle’s service system was having issues. When I called roadside assistance, they tried to charge us $95 to fix it. That’s absolutely unacceptable—why should I pay for a problem caused by you!

We purchased 7 brand new Ford Tippers in 2022, all of which were delayed in their delivery. Every single one of these vehicles has had the wet belt go under 75k miles and Ford has decided they are not covering 50% of them. Even though they are under warranty. @Ford anything?
