ÚTISK UJGURŮ V ČÍNĚ Ujguři čelí již po řadu let nespravedlivému potlačování své tradice, kultury i jazyka ze strany vládnoucího čínského režimu. Svědectví hovoří o převýchovných koncentračních táborech, nucené sterilizaci žen, otrocké práci ve střežených továrnách i systematickém počínšťování ujgurských dětí ve školách. K mnoha obětem čínského útisku patří i Hushtar a Yalkun Isové, rodní bratři bývalého prezidenta exilového Světového ujgurského kongresu Dolkuna Isy. Od jejich zatčení a zmizení zůstává rodina již přibližně 10 let beze zpráv o jejich osudu. Ujguři jsou mnohamilionový národ obývající především severozápadní čínskou provincii Sin-ťiang. Mají vlastní jazyk, písmo a bohatou uměleckou tradici. Zaslouží si solidaritu a podporu.
